Author Guidelines

All authors should follow the following guidelines for submitting their manuscripts to SAJCSS.

Submission to the Journal

All the submissions are to be made to the editor directly at

Peer Review Process

SAJCSS operates a double-blind peer-review system. Submitted manuscripts are assigned to the desk Editor. If determined to be suitable for peer review, they are sent to two notable experts of the field who will be asked to evaluate the suitability of the manuscript is scientifically sound and upon their recommendation, it would be considered for publication. The Editor will convey a final decision based on the reviewer’s decision. The review process may take 8-12 weeks. In case if revisions are suggested by the reviewer, the author(s) will be asked to incorporate the reviews and resubmit the manuscript.

Manuscript Requirements

Author(s) are advised to follow the guidelines otherwise submissions will be returned to the author(s) for adequate correction.

Format All files of the manuscript should be submitted as Word Documents (doc or docx file). The files in pdf version are not acceptable.
Length of Manuscript All submitted manuscript should have a length of 5000-8000 words including references.
Languages It is the discretion of author(s) to use either American or British English. However, please do not mix both in a single manuscript.
Title  Page ·         Title of the manuscript

Abstract Each manuscript should contain an abstract of 150-200 words. The author(s) should provide at least six keywords after the abstract.
Manuscript Style ·         The manuscript must follow the Chicago 17th Manual for referencing.

·         Foot notes should be used followed by alphabetized bibliography.

·         Georgia font with 11 point font size.

·         1.15 line space

·         Remove any identifying notes or remarks throughout the text.

Footnotes/Endnotes Please use Endnotes.
